1 can of organic black beans
1 white or red onion
1 bell pepper
1 tomato – better boy or roma
10-12 sprigs of cilantro
salt to taste
1/4-1/2 of cayenne powder (optional)
1/2 tsp of adobo (optional)
1/2 tsp of fajita seasoning (optional)
- Rinse and drain black beans.
- Mince all vegetables and add to mix.
- Juice lime and mix.
- Add spices to taste.
