Vegan Wholemeal Pizza Base

This healthy pizza base is perfect for almost all occasions – and it’s fun to make. Try it with passata mixed with spices and herbs, and vegan orange cheese!

Ingredients:

150g wholemeal flour (plus a small extra amount, for rolling out and in case the 150g isn’t enough)

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon vegan butter

1 pinch Himalayan pink salt (you can use any salt but, Himalayan pink salt is my favourite)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients (excluding the extra flour).
  2. Add any extra flour if necessary.
  3. Roll the dough out on a floured surface.
  4. Add your sauce & toppings.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

And you’re done! Enjoy your healthy, cruelty-free pizza.
