*I am not a doctor. I found this on a master post and while most of it I have found to be true, I would definitely suggest you not rely on unwashed fruits and vegetables as B12 is a very important nutrient you should be getting from a multivitamin or nutritional yeast because it is supplemented into farm animals food before we eat it so that it contains this nutrient. Because vegans cut out the ‘middle man’ (the poor animal), we get it directly from the source.
