1 cup of oat flour (or any flour)
1 cup almond flour (or any flour)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 large mashed banana
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 and 1/2 hand full of dried cranberries
vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Heat the coconut oil and nut butter in a saucepan.
Put the oat and almond flour in a bowl and mix in the mashed banana.
Then mix in the melted oil and nut butter.
Add the spices, salt, a few drops of vanilla extract and baking powder to the mix and stir till all ingredients are well combined.
Stir in the cranberries.
Then, lay a tray with grease proof paper and use a tablespoon of the mix to make your cookies.
You should get roughly 12 cookies.
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 20 mins or until firm and golden brown.
Leave to cool and enjoy!
